The 'Melrose Place' alum looks in distress as she is pictured walking on the ledge of an office building and talking to herself after leaving an hour-long meeting.

AceShowbiz - Heather Locklear looked the worse for wear as she stepped out in Malibu, California last week. The actress sparked concerns about her welfare after she displayed erratic behavior during her outing on Thursday, June 29.
Heather was dropped off by her fiance Chris Heisser outside the building at about 1 P.M. She had an undisclosed appointment that lasted an hour, according to Daily Mail which obtained pictures of the actress' outing that day.
When she emerged from the building, the 61-year-old kept her fiance waiting in his car while she was seen making her way along the ledge of the building. The TV star was seen balancing along the ledge of an office building while wearing a pair of flip-flops and gripping onto pillars for support.
Dressing in army fatigue sweatpants and an off-the-shoulder T-shirt, the former "Melrose Place" star was seen sitting at the top of a staircase for a while where she read from a journal and began talking to her herself.
She looked in distress as she placed her palm on her head. At one point, she pointed angrily to something written in the diary and was gesticulating in an animated fashion before putting her journal back into her purse.
Heather reportedly sat for a lengthy period of self-reflection at the top of the stairs while her fiance patiently waited inside the car. After well over an hour by herself, she ran over to Chris and the pair drove off together.
After the news was shared on Twitter, social media users were quick to express their concerns for Heather's well-being. "I'll pray for her," a sympathetic person wrote. Another commented on the news, "How heartbreaking."
A third reacted, "That is very sad. I thought she was actually stable," as a fourth person echoed the sentiment, "Sad indeed. I remember her best self well, from TV anyway." Another weighed in, "The years have not been kind to Heather. Or should I say, Hollywood has not been kind."
Some others blamed her drug and alcohol use for her erratic behavior. "Too much drugs for a girl her size. Too many boyfriends that did it to her....," someone speculated. Another alleged, "She looks like she's on Methamphetamine."
"Years of drug and alcohol abuse are bound to do damage," one other person claimed, while someone else took the opportunity to warn others, "Don't do drugs kids."
Heather has been thought to be sober since 2019 following numerous stints in rehab, but friends are worried that she may have started drinking again. She also has had her fair share of legal issues, including a February 2018 arrest for domestic violence and battery against a police officer. In June of the same year, she was arrested again for allegedly verbally and physically abusing an ambulance EMT who responded to her home following a call for help.
