AceShowbiz - Lady GaGa is usually easy to recognize thanks to her unique feature, but definitely not this time. Fans were left baffled after seeing the "A Star Is Born" actress in a new TikTok video since she looked so unrecognizable.
In the clip shared on Wednesday, May 17, the Oscar winner could be seen dancing to Ice Spice and Nicki Minaj's new collaborative single "Princess Diana" in a black tanktop while holding several HausLabs products. She captioned it, "These NEUTRALS are HOT LIKE THIS RECORD. @HausLabs (Grrrrrrr…I'm wearing maple matte."
Instead of focusing on the promoted items, many TikTok users weighed in on GaGa's appearance. "this might not be lady gaga?? am i crazy," one person commented, while another wrote, "Miley Cyrus cosplaying as Lady Gaga."
A third echoed, "My mind is fighting over deciding whether this is Miley Cyrus or Lady Gaga." Someone else then noted, "she looks like somebody who kinda looks like lady Gaga."
Others, meanwhile, came to GaGa's defense. "She lost weight for her role in joker 2 and the video is mirrored, y'all are so quick to judge," one fan in particular argued.
GaGa recently cut her hair for her turn in "Joker: Folie a Deux". She is believed to play Dr. Harleen Quinzel, a psychiatrist at Gotham City's Arkham Asylum who goes by the name Harley Quinn after falling in love with Arthur Fleck a.k.a. Joker.
Margot Robbie has portrayed the character in "Suicide Squad" (2016), "Birds of Prey: And the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn" (2020) and "The Suicide Squad" (2020). Margot herself has expressed her support for GaGa to take on the role.
