AceShowbiz - Olivia Culpo and Christian McCaffrey have taken their relationship to a whole new level. Having gotten engaged after four years of dating, the model and the NFL star shared the happy news by posting pictures from their romantic proposal.
The 30-year-old and her now-fiance shared the black-and-white photos on Instagram on Friday, April 7. In the first snap, the San Francisco 49ers player could be seen getting down on one knee while the fashion influencer had her hands to her face in what appeared to be a state of shock.
Another image showed the lovebirds walking hand-in-hand as they smiled ear-to-ear, while the other photo displayed them sharing a tight hug. In the caption, they penned, "4.2.23," adding infinity symbols.
Christian proposed to Olivia while they were on a getaway in Utah. The two were first linked back in May 2019, when he liked Olivia's Instagram photo. A few months later, they were captured taking a vacation to Mexico together.
Olivia and Christian previously revealed that they are "on the same page about having kids." However, she learned at the time that he was focusing on his career and that he was "not ready to have kids."
As for the former Miss Universe, she admitted that she feels under pressure to have kids "ASAP". She said she was worried "about [her] timeline" because she has been diagnosed with endometriosis.
"Endometriosis can affect your fertility in a lot of different ways. There is so much that I don't know about what's going to happen in the future with that condition and I worry all the time about my timeline," she explained. "I feel like I have to have kids ASAP."
