The former star of 'The Real Housewives of New York City' takes to her Instagram account to share a video in which the 52-year-old predicts that it will turn into a 'f**king s**t show.'

AceShowbiz - Bethenny Frankel is speaking out against the usage of Ozempic, a drug which is typically meant for type 2 diabetes patients, to lose weight. On Tuesday, April 4, the former star of "The Real Housewives of New York City" took to Instagram to share a video in which she expressed her concerns regarding the matter.

"This is going to be scary because very thin people who have body dysmorphia and eating disorders are going to be taking this," the Skinny Girl founder shared. She added that she has heard that the weight-loss medication is running "rampant" in communities like Boca Raton, Fla., or the Upper East Side of Manhattan.

"I'm hearing stories about it being a mood alterer. I'm hearing that it's affecting people's personalities," the 52-year-old star continued.

Bethenny also shared that she once had an altercation with an unnamed individual who misproperly used drug to lose weight. The former Bravolebrity recalled, "I had an altercation with someone that has a very mercurial personality and they were on Adderall previously, which is another thing people have done to lose weight and another thing misproperly used to lose weight, and this person would, like, snap."

"Mark my words, we're not going to hear about the s**t show of this for months and years to come … it's going to be a f**king s**t show," the "Big Shot With Bethenny" alum noted. "Ma Huang ended up killing people. This Ozempic thing is going to f**king go sideways and all the other copy cat names, too," she added, referring to a Chinese herb that was allegedly used when she was in her 20s for weight loss purposes as well.

Fans, meanwhile, were divided in the comments section. Some of them expressed agreement with the reality TV star with one saying, "I'm with you 10000 percent. The amount of people in Hollywood on this thing is insane. And most of them are denying it, which makes it that much more ridiculous. It's like this dirty little secret. If you're doing it at least own up to it guys."

Another person added, "I just think it's selfish when they're a diabetic patients out there who are having a hard time getting this medicine. When people who have large bank accounts are buying it for vanity reasons. It's not cool."

However, some others disagreed. "It's easy to judge when you have never had issues with weight. Also no one, NO ONE needs Ozempic to LIVE. It's not insulin. It is not life saving medication, it can be life changing, but not required to live. If your angry about drug shortages, be angry at the drug maker. It's no one's place to judge who needs it more. Should a person have to wait to become diabetic before they get it? Why is it not better to treat the obesity and PREVENT becoming a type 2 diabetic," one critic wrote.

One user noted, "It's FDA approved for weight loss. You should read @theeconomist article about it. It's completely different from the other drugs you mentioned."
