When announcing the exciting news of his new bundle of joy on his social media platform, the Bravo executive producer says that he is 'so happy' about the 'miracle' happening in his life.

AceShowbiz - Andy Cohen couldn't be happier to have a new bundle of joy. Taking to social media, the Bravo executive producer unveiled the very first glimpse of his newborn daughter as well as her name after welcoming her via surrogate.
Making use of Instagram on Friday, April 29, the TV personality shared a photo that saw him cradling his baby girl. In the caption accompanying the sweet post, the 53-year-old dad revealed his baby's name. "HERE'S LUCY!!!!! Meet my daughter, Lucy Eve Cohen! She's 8 pounds 13 oz and was born at 5:13 pm in New York City!!!" so he wrote.
"Her big brother can't wait to meet her!" Andy said of his first child, 3-year-old son Benjamin Allen Cohen. "Thank you to my rock star surrogate (ALL surrogates are rockstars, by the way) and everyone who helped make this miracle happen," he added, before concluding his post as saying, "I'm so happy."
His post has since been flooded with warm congratulatory messages from fans and friends. Khloe Kardashian commented, "Congratulations!!!!! How wonderful and blessed is your family!!! May God bless you all!!" while John Mayer wrote, "Hello sweet girl! congrats Andy! Doing her star chart right now!!!"
Anderson Cooper chimed in, "Amazing! Congratulations! Welcome Lucy!!!!" Also joining to congratulate the "Watch What Happens Live" host were "The Real Housewives of New York City" star Eboni K. Williams and "Southern Charm" star Craig Conover. "Amazing [red heart emoji] Congratulations Andy," penned Eboni with Craig saying, "Andy!! You sure know how to fill everyone's hearts up with love don't you."
Andy welcomed his first child, son Benjamin, via surrogate on February 4, 2019. At the time, the Bravo personality said that he "always knew [he] wanted a family" but "as a gay man, [he] never thought it was in the cards for [him]." He later recalled, "When I came out to my parents in 1988, my mom said she had to mourn the life that I wasn't going to be able to have. And that life meant getting married and having kids."
Last August, Andy shared that he wanted to add another child to the family. "You know, I'm working on it," he told E! News. "It turns out it takes a long time to make a baby. I'm definitely open to it and I would love to see it happen soon."
