Some celebrities have to deal with a burned wedding dress during the nuptials, while some others are forced to evacuate due to actual natural disaster happening on their big day.

AceShowbiz - When it comes to celebrities' weddings, people will expect something perfect and grand. The dream-like ceremonies often take place in beautiful places with the brides donning the most gorgeous dresses from famous designers. However, despite the meticulous details and careful planning, they can't avoid having unexpected disasters.

Some celebrities had to deal with a burned wedding dress during the nuptials, while some others were forced to evacuate due to actual natural disaster happening on their big day. One of the biggest celebrity wedding disasters also saw them panicking over the lost of their wedding rings just one day before they were set to exchange vows.

Those experiences might give you an insight into a better wedding plan as well as what you need to do and not do before and at the wedding. Thus, AceShowbiz has made a list of the biggest celebrity wedding disasters. Check them out below.

ANGELINA PIVARNICK AND CHRIS LARANGEIRA

Angelina Pivarnick and Chris Larangeira tied the knot on Wednesday, November 20, 2019 in New Jersey. The "Jersey Shore" alum tapped co-stars Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi, Jenni "JWoww" Farley and Deena Cortese to be her moral support by being her bridesmaids. However, they were unexpectedly the ones who ruined her big day.

The ladies allegedly made a mean-spirited speech in which they jokingly called Angelina "a trash." A source claimed, "The speech was meant to be funny but came across as pretty mean-spirited. Some people booed. Angelina was upset and needed a minute to get it together after."

JESSICA SIMPSON AND ERIC JOHNSON

Jessica Simpson was too nervous during her wedding to former NFL star Eric Johnson (II) in 2014. It seemed like despite the numerous practice beforehand, the singer/author still made a huge mistake while reciting her vows. Instead of saying her husband's name, Jessica said her own name.

Jessica, who looked stunning in a Carolina Herrera wedding gown, allegedly blurted out, "I take thee Jessica." According an insider, "She was so overwhelmed that instead of addressing Eric, she said her own name! Luckily, she laughed it off and started over again."

HILARY DUFF AND MIKE COMRIE

Hilary Duff sure had a nightmare on her wedding day to hockey player Mike Comrie in 2010. The "Lizzie McGuire" star revealed during her appearance on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" that she cried during the nuptials because she lost her tooth.

"I was sitting on the bed with my mom and my sister, and they're like, 'You did not.' Then I started laughing at myself, and then I really burst into tears," she said. Thankfully, her wedding planner's sister was acquainted with a dentist in California and the gap-tooth got fixed right at the perfect time.

PRINCESS DIANA AND PRINCE CHARLES

Even Princess Diana couldn't really avoid making a mistake on her big day. That was understandable though, given that 2.5 billion people around the world tuned in to watch her wedding to Prince Charles back in 1981. During the ceremony, the late British royal misspoke her vows and called him "Philip Charles Arthur George" instead of "Charles Philip Arthur George."

That was not the only snafu during the wedding of Prince William and Prince Harry's parents. Diana's 25-foot long train could not be kept smoothed out in transit and it was all wrinkled. Additionally, her 5-year-old bridesmaid kept falling down while they made their way into the church.

TROIAN BELLISARIO AND PATRICK J. ADAMS

It was a rough day for "Pretty Little Liars" co-stars Troian Bellisario and Patrick J. Adams. Their California wedding was supposed to be sailing smooth, but the guests didn't make it to the wedding when their bohemian-chic school bus, driven by the groom himself, got stuck.

Thankfully, they were able to get it under control. Of course, it involved the guys, in suits and all, pushing the vehicle and showcasing their best teamwork.

KIM KARDASHIAN AND KANYE WEST

Kim Kardashian is known for hosting the best parties. However, she had some glitches on her wedding day to Kanye West even though it was billed to be the most extravagant event. The wedding disasters came in the form of messy seating situation and 30 life-size black marble statues that fell apart right before the big day.

"Unfortunately, the wedding planners had spelled some people's names wrong," Page Six claimed. "And then, so many people brought entourages, the seating was a disaster. The only people who sat at their own seats were Kim and Kanye."

BLAKE LIVELY AND RYAN REYNOLDS

Blake Lively was on fire during her 2012 wedding to Ryan Reynolds, literally. The "Gossip Girl" alum set her wedding dress on fire and that unsurprisingly got her frustrated. It happened during a fiery performance of Florence Welch.

"Florence Welch was singing at the reception, and they brought out these sparklers, and I'm watching her sing. I look down and my wedding dress has a big burn mark from one of the sparklers. Right on the front! And it was just so heartbreaking to me," she detailed the fiasco to Vogue. Her husband, however, had a positive twist on the "beautiful" burn mark, saying that it made everything memorable and it was his "favorite part of the dress" now.

MARIO LOPEZ AND ALI LANDRY

While none of the wedding disasters are pleasureable to have, this might be the worst scenario. You're supposed to promise to be faithful to each other during your wedding day, but Ali Landry found out about Mario Lopez's alleged infidelity just days before the wedding.

"All of my family was flying in -- it was a destination wedding -- and I really should have put the brakes on it at that point, but I was afraid," she shared on "The Wendy Williams Show". "I was like, 'I don't want to tap a phone! I can't believe I'm doing this.' [But] she did, and right after the honeymoon I started getting phone calls from these girls. I confronted him and he still -- to this day -- denied it and never apologized. It was horrible."

SARAH MICHELLE GELLAR AND FREDDIE PRINZE JR.

Even if you try your best to plan the most beautiful nuptials, when it comes to an outdoor event, you still end up leaving your fate in the hands of the mother nature. Sarah Michelle Gellar and Freddie Prinze Jr. planned to exchange vows outside, but the ceremony had to be moved indoors when Hurricane Hernan hit 300 miles away on the big day.

Things only went south from that. In addition to the hurricane, the pair had to deal with a 4.6-magnitude earthquake that rocked the El Careyes resort, where they held the wedding, on the next day.

KATHERINE HEIGL AND JOSH KELLEY

One of the essentials of the wedding is the ring. With that being said, you could only imagine how panicked Katherine Heigl was when she found out Josh Kelley lost the wedding band on a ski trip just two days before their wedding.

"He hadn't skied in years. I said, 'I don't think you should ski,' and , 'No, I'm a good skier--I'll be fine.' " she detailed. "That day, of course, he broke his nose going over a jump because he was showing off! I was like, 'I told you so!' " the "27 Dresses" actress continued, before adding that the ring was eventually recovered, much to their relief.
