Zarry shippers are quickly assuming that the past love Zayn is talking about in the song is the 'Dunkirk' actor.

AceShowbiz - Zayn Malik has unveiled his new song "Fingers" and it unsurprisingly gets fans to talk about on social media. The bop finds the former One Direction member singing about a past love and how he can't get his fingers to text that person despite his burning desire, and that prompts fans to wonder who is this song about. And one name that emerges is former bandmate Harry Styles.

"My fingers ain't working, but my heart is/ If you wanna let me know where you hiding/ I could come and love you," Zayn sings in the song that's dropped on October 18.

The song, which serves as a buildup to his second solo album, also finds the boyfriend of Gigi Hadid rhymes, "I've been f**ked and I want ya, I can't even text ya/ 'Cause my fingers ain't broken, but my heart is/ If you wanna let me know where you hiding/ I could come and love (I could come and love)/ I could come and love (I could come and love ya)."

Following the release, Zarry shippers are quickly assuming that the past love Zayn is talking about in the song is the "Dunkirk" actor. "No one can tell me #Fingers isn't about zarry," says a convinced fan.

Similarly, one other fan tweets, "Aint this ZARRY tea #Fingers."

Another fan, meanwhile, is hoping that Harry would release a song as a response to "Fingers", tweeting, "@Harry_Styles are u writing a response for #fingers."

Zayn is currently gearing for his second solo album that still doesn't have a title. Talking to Zane Lowe on Beats 1 in May, he revealed, "It's all very under wraps at the minute. I'm trying to keep it as mysterious as possible, but there's a plan with the roll out." He added, "It's going to be different than anything anyone has done before. It's going to be interesting to see how the audience reacts to this kind of release. I wanted to try something different, I think it's all going to make sense in the end when the album finally drops."

"A second album I think is always nerves around that the only reason I have experience and knowledge of that is because I was a band for a very long time and I learned a lot of things. I get to use those experiences as a point of reference for the things that are going on now," Zayn added. "It's going to reach people a bit differently and hopefully solidify the fact that yeah, I am a solo artist. I mean business."
