Should the rapper be the father of Candis Watts' child, he will be sued by The California Department of Child Support Services to establish child support.

AceShowbiz - Rapper Rich the Kid has been hit with a lawsuit to determine the paternity of a five-year-child.
Hairstylist Candis Watts claims the "Plug Walk" hitmaker is her daughter D'Jean's biological father, and earlier this month, officials at The California Department of Child Support Services sued the rapper to establish child support - if he is the five year old's dad.
According to Bossip, the 26 year old, real name Dimitri Roger, and Watts had a toxic relationship, but he reportedly admitted he was the father of the young girl, even though he is not listed on the girl's birth certificate.
The paternity lawsuit comes months after he was reportedly investigated for battery following an alleged altercation with a photographer in California. It is unclear if that investigation is still ongoing.
Earlier this year, he also filed legal papers seeking joint custody of his two children in his divorce battle with his estranged wife Antonette Willis. She moved to end the couple's marriage in March, and requested spousal and child support for their one-year-old child Queen and two-year-old, King.
