The 'Real Housewives of New Jersey' cast member Kim DePaola blasts Teresa, saying her co-star couldn't care less about Joe's pending deportation.

AceShowbiz - Teresa Giudice and her four daughters may not be able to reunite with her husband Joe Giudice after he's released from jail. The family patriarch is facing deportation following his 41-month prison sentence for bankruptcy fraud.

But the reality TV star reportedly couldn't care less about her husband's pending deportation. According to her "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" co-star Kim DePaola, Teresa chooses not to be bothered by the deportation order and would rather party.

In an interview with TMZ after the news about Joe's deportation broke, Kim says, "I think she doesn't really care." Kim goes on accusing Teresa of trying to make money by turning the misfortunate event into a TV show.

"She parties like a rock star, day and night," Kim adds. She also calls out Teresa for allegedly abandoning her kids, claiming, "I'm at home with my seven dogs more than she's at home with her daughters.

Kim herself says she likes Joe because he's always treated her with respect, but she has to bow to the law and Joe's not a legal citizen in the country. "He broke the law," she says. "It's unfortunate, but that's just the way it is." Though she feels "bad for the children," she says that she and other "RHONJ" star knew this was coming.

Contradictory to Kim's claims, a source tells E! News that Teresa "is devastated at the news that Joe will be deported to Italy. Even though she always knew this was a possible outcome, Teresa convinced herself that Joe wouldn't be deported."

"Teresa and Joe have no current plan in place for what to do next in their marriage, even though she is committed to finding a way to make this situation work for her family," the so-called insider goes on sharing. "She hates the idea of uprooting her children from their lives and leaving her elderly father who lives with her to move across the world."

Teresa is now trying to be "strong" for her daughters. The source adds, "Caring for them and her father is of the upmost importance to Teresa right now."

Another source says that Teresa would probably stick in the U.S. "Teresa has no plans to go anywhere at the moment," a second source tells E! News. "As heartbreaking as this is, the past few years without Joe have given her the chance to get used to life without him around to help raise the girls. If she has to keep doing it alone, she knows she can."

Joe is expected to be transferred into ICE custody after he's released from prison in March 2019. ICE says in a statement, "On Oct. 10, Mr. Guidice was ordered removed by an immigration judge with the Executive Office for Immigration Review. Mr. Guidice has reserved his right to appeal the decision to the Board of Immigration Appeals and has 30 days to file an appeal before the order becomes final."
