'This is the loudest way to make your voice heard,' urges the 'Diamonds' hitmaker, while 'The Greatest Showman' actress tweets 'do that s**t,' and Eva Longoria pleads fans to make a difference.

AceShowbiz - Rihanna, Eva Longoria, and Zendaya Coleman have used their social media presence to urge their American fans to register to vote for the November elections before it's too late.

The stars were among those to remind followers about voter registration deadlines, which closed in many states on Tuesday, October 09, ahead of the key mid-term elections next month, when Democrats will fight their Republican rivals for control of the House of Representatives as the approval ratings for controversial President Donald Trump continue to remain below 50 per cent.

Rihanna, who hails from Barbados but lives in the U.S., took to Instagram and Twitter to rally fans and ensure they are able to have their say at the polls in November.

"GOOD MORNING AMERICA," she began. "Who is awake this morning? And who's woke (politically aware)? Cause today is an extremely crucial day to the future of America!!! Today is the last day in 14 states to REGISTER TO VOTE... I'm talking to you ARIZONA, ARKANSAS, FLORIDA, GEORGIA, INDIANA, KENTUCKY, LOUISIANA, MICHIGAN, MISSISSIPPI, NEW MEXICO, OHIO, PENNSYLVANIA, TENNESSEE, TEXAS."

"You have 1 job today and that is to properly register to vote," she continued. "I don't care what responsibilities you have today, there's no greater responsibility than being in control of your future and the future starts NOW!! We don't have time, no procrastinating, don't let the discouragement take you off coarse (sic), that's not how my people or my generation will go down...this is the loudest way to make your voice heard! REGISTER TODAY! Let's go!!! Go to Vote.org to register and to double and triple check that you are properly registered!"

There were also last-minute messages from Bette Midler, rapper/actor Ludacris, and singer/actress Zendaya, who kept her message short and sweet as she tweeted: "Have you registered to vote? If not, do that s**t!"
