According to his divorce agreement with Katie Holmes, the 'Mission: Impossible - Fallout' actor can see Suri up to 10 days a month, but he hasn't seen her in years.

AceShowbiz - Tom Cruise's religion has reportedly prevented him to be a good father for his daughter Suri Cruise. The actor has never been photographed with Suri since 2013, following his split with Katie Holmes in 2012, though their custody agreement allows the action movie thesp to see his daughter up to 10 days a month.

"Every person is allowed to see their child if they wanted to," a source tells Us Weekly, adding that Tom chooses not to see his daughter because Katie is not a Scientologist. The church of Scientology bans members of the church from having a contact with former Scientologists.

Back in June, Stars reported a similar story, with a source saying, "Tom is a loyal Scientologist, so when church leaders told him he couldn't see Suri, he didn't question it." The source added, though, that the 56-year-old actor was "dying to be a part of her life."

Tom, however, still cares for Suri and shows it by sending her a gift on her birthday. "Suri gets a gift from Tom on her birthday every year and this year was no exception," a source told HollywoodLife.com in April, after Suri turned 12 earlier that month. "It's not something Katie talks about though, beyond saying that Tom does always come through with gifts for things like birthdays and Christmas. She's very tight-lipped."

Tom also has two other children with his other ex-wife Nicole Kidman, 25-year-old Isabella and 23-year-old Connor. They appear to remain close with their father, as they're also Scientologists. "Of course [we talk], they're my parents. Anyone who says otherwise is full of s**t," Isabella told Daily Mail in 2016.

Nicole herself is a Catholic and has said in the past that she did not want their children raised as Scientologists. The Australian actress, who is now married to country music star Keith Urban, has been reluctant to discuss Scientology since her divorce from Tom in 2001.
