AceShowbiz - Kate Middleton has finally returned to her royal duties after giving birth to Prince Louis back in April. For her first engagement, the Duchess of Cambridge spent some quality time outdoor with a group of young students from St. Stephen's School in London on Tuesday, October 2.

Sporting an olive green sweater over a printed silk Joseph blouse, light brown biker skinny jeans and tassel boots, Kate joined in on a school session where she learned about how being around nature could help children's mental health and development. She also ventured into the Paddington Recreation Ground to play with the children. They gardened and hunted spiders as well as "mini beasts" before making leaf crowns.

Zoe Stroud, interim Head of Sayers Croft Forest School, said Kate "was lovely, although she said the only mini beast she managed to find on the hunt was a slug! But she did see a frog under a log. She really gets what we are doing and said she often takes her children on spider hunts in their garden, which they love. They can spend hours out there."

There was one adorable moment during her visit at the school that day. Unlike other children who seemed to be captivate by her appearance, one girl curiously asked why photographers took a lot of her pictures. "Why are they picturing you?" the little girl asked the 36-year-old royal, who sweetly answered, "They're picturing you cause you're special!" She then grabbed the girl's hand and walked towards a picnic table with her.

Following her visit to the school, Kate will accompany Prince William at the Global Ministerial Mental Health Summit next week. The royal couple will discuss mental health issues and approaches to helping those with mental health and psychosocial disabilities along with political leaders, policy makers, innovators and civil society members.
