Taking to Instagram to break the happy news, the 'No Problem' rapper expresses his gratitude toward wife Bambi Benson for 'pushing thru like a champ.'

AceShowbiz - Rapper and reality TV star Lil Scrappy has welcomed a baby boy.

The "Money in the Bank" MC, real name Darryl Richardson, became a new dad over the weekend (September 21-23) after his wife, "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" co-star Bambi Benson, gave birth to son Breland.

"Thanks to the big God and my wife and family the young Prince #Breland is here," he wrote on Instagram, revealing Bambi wasn't in labour for long.

"I'm so happy and blessed from this experience," he added. "thanks to my wife @adizthebam for pushing thru like a champ only 3 pushes (sic)."

Little Breland is their first child together. Scrappy also has a teenage daughter named Emani from a previous relationship.

The couple wed last year.
