Security guard Mario Herrera seeks a 5-million-dollar compensation for the injuries he allegedly sustained after being thrown against a wall by the former lover of Kourtney Kardashian.

AceShowbiz - Kourtney Kardashian's ex-boyfriend, Younes Bendjima, has been hit with a lawsuit over an alleged attack at the Coachella Music Festival in April.

Security guard Mario Herrera claims Younes assaulted him after he told him he could not enter a restroom with the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star. According to TMZ, Herrera alleges Bendjima picked him up and threw him against a wall.

The guard also claims he was hospitalised for his injuries.

Herrera is seeking no less than $5 million (GBP3.8 million) for assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress and negligence.

The security guard's lawsuit comes a month after the boxer-turned-model, who split from the reality star in July, was reportedly captured on video punching an employee at a nightclub in West Hollywood in March, in front of a group which included Drake and NFL football star Odell Beckham Jr.

Law enforcement sources previously told TMZ the employee filed a police report, but later decided to drop the matter.

Kourtney, 39, met Younes, who has modelled for Givenchy, Hermes, Calvin Klein, Burberry and Ralph Lauren, during Paris Fashion Week in October, 2016.
