The 'Rockstar' hitmaker's recent bad luck was allegedly triggered by his action when visiting his friend Zak Bagans' Haunted Museum in June.

AceShowbiz - Believe it or not, this may explain why Post Malone was recently plagued by a series of misfortunes. The 23-year-old rapper, whose home was recently targeted by armed burglars, was caught on video messing with a haunted object.
In the video obtained by TMZ, the "Psycho" hitmaker was seen joking around with his friend and "Ghost Adventures" star Zak Bagans while visiting his Haunted Museum in June. As creepy as it sounds, the museum displays the dybbuk box, which inspired the horror movie "The Possession". Dybbuk is Yiddish for "malicious spirit."
Describing their action in the clip, Zak told the site that he took off the glass case that usually covers the object and touched it for the first time. When Zak touched it, Post touched his shoulder, which Zak said was enough to trigger a curse. Zak appeared to be freaked out. He reportedly screamed before pulling Zak out of the room.
A couple of months later in August, Post found himself in a death-defying situation when his private had an emergency landing after two of its tires exploded during a flight from New Jersey to England.
Later on September 7, he was involved in a serious car accident when his white Rolls-Royce Wraith crashed into a Kia and then smashed through a fence before coming to stop in some shrubs near Santa Monica Boulevard in Los Angeles. His assistant was behind the wheel during the accident, while the rapper was in the passenger seat. They were luckily unharmed in the incident.
Just days later, it was revealed that his old house in San Fernando Valley was targeted by armed burglars, who thought he still lived there, on September 1. Three male suspects reportedly smashed a front window and shouted Post's name, before they ran away with some cash, jewelry and cell phones estimated to worth about $20k.

Commenting on his bad luck after the car accident, he jokingly tweeted, "God must hate me lol."
