AceShowbiz - Shortly after news broke that Mac Miller was found dead from an apparent overdose, people began blaming Ariana Grande for her ex-boyfriend's death. The criticism seemingly was too much for the songstress to the point that she had to disable her Instagram comments to prevent users from sending negative comments.
Ariana herself has yet to break her silence on the late rapper's death, but her latest social media post was a short video of her hotel room in the United Kingdom. The Nickelodeon alum was in London for her "Sweetener" session in support of her latest album. "Bye, London," she simply captioned the black-and-white video.
While Ariana has yet to give her respond for the blaming that she has been receiving, many of her fans have come to her defense. They took to social media to point out that the "God Is a Woman" songstress shouldn't be brought into the topic. There were also people who said that Ariana might be feeling just as sad as others.
"Anybody blaming Ariana Grande or even insinuating that it's her fault can get blocked," one said, while another added, "Every outlet and person who is dragging that young lady, who buried 22 fans that were murdered at her concert a freaking year ago, into this tragedy AS IT BREAKS should be ashamed of themselves."

Mac was discovered lifeless in his home in San Fernando Valley on Friday afternoon, September 7 and pronounced dead at the scene. According to a dispatch call obtained by The Blast, a call was made for an "immediate dispatch" by authorities for a patient in cardiac arrest.
Reps for the late rapper as well as the Los Angeles Corner office did not immediately respond to request for comment.
