Only 5 acts will be sent to the finals, meaning the other 6 acts are eliminated.

AceShowbiz - Following the first round of semifinals that aired on September 4, NBC's "America's Got Talent" season 13 revealed the result in the September 5 episode. Only 5 acts would be sent to the finals, meaning the other 6 acts were eliminated.

Host Tyra Banks started the night by announcing the three acts eligible for the Dunkin' Save. Duo Transcend, Samuel J. Comroe and the Voices of Hope Children's Choir were the ones fighting for two spots in the finals offered through the Dunkin' Save.

Samuel quickly led at the start of voting for the Dunkin' Save. He earned 58% of the vote, while Duo Transcend following at #2 with 27%. Voices of Hope Children's Choir had 15% only.

Shin Lim and Us the Duo were later up to learn their fates. Tyra revealed that Shin Lim was the first finalist that night. Makayla Phillips, Michael Ketterer and Amanda Mena were up next. That was thrilling because the three of them were all Golden Buzzer acts. Michael, who earned Golden Buzzer from Simon Cowell, were announced to move to the next round. Unfortunately, Makayla and Amanda were eliminated.

That left Zurcaroh, Front Pictures and Junior New System left. And the third act going straight to the finals was Zurcaroh!

Now it was time to reveal the results of the Dunkin' Save. Just like what most people had expected, Samuel J. Comroe won. He joined Shin Lim, Michael and Zurcaroh in the finals.

Duo Transcend and Voices of Hope Children's Choir's fates were at the hand of the judges, who would send one of them to the finals. Heidi Klum decided to save Voices of Hope Children's Choir, while Melanie Brown a.k.a. Mel B picked Duo Transcend. Howie Mandell saved Duo Transcend. And in a dramatic turn, Simon voted for Voices of Hope Children's Choir.

As the results tied, it came down to America's vote. With that, Duo Transcend was revealed as the fifth act to advance to the finale.

The next episode of "America's Got Talent" will see another batch of 11 acts performing. Vying for a spot in the finale in next week's episode are Daniel Emmet, Aaron Crow, Brian King Joseph, Glennis Grace, Noah Guthrie, Da Republik, Christina Wells, Vicki Barbalok, We Three, Angel City Chorale and Courtney Hadwin.
