The actor is working on a sculpture Pablo Picasso's oil painting The Old Guitarist when five-year-old Everly touches it.

AceShowbiz - Channing Tatum was rather bemused when he discovered his daughter had tried to ruin his latest sculpture.

The Magic Mike actor previously shared in 2012 that he enjoyed sculpting in his spare time and was interested in conveying anatomy and the human form through the use of modelling clay.

Taking to Instagram on Wednesday night, August 29, Channing uploaded an image of his latest work, an interpretation of the figure in Pablo Picasso's oil painting The Old Guitarist - and divulged that his five-year-old daughter Everly had touched it, causing the head to fall to one side.

"This was my attempt at creating a sculpture of Picasso's Guitarist," he captioned a snap of the work. "It's was starting out ok. Then i had to get different clay for the hands. Then my daughter destroyed it. Hahahaha oh well. Start a new (sic)."

Channing didn't seem too upset by Everly's antics and several celebrities got a kick out of the image.

Thor actor Chris Hemsworth commented, "It's actually kinda awesome," while Deadpool 2 star Josh Brolin added: "You did that?! It's amazing."

As well as sculpting, Channing has taken on several voice-acting gigs, including on Smallfoot and The Lego Movie 2: The Second Part, in the wake of his split from actress Jenna Dewan in April after nearly nine years of marriage.

And the 38-year-old isn't the only star to take up sculpting following a breakup; Brad Pitt divulged in May 2017 that he was spending time making sculptures at a friend's art studio following his split from Angelina Jolie the year before.

"If I'm not creating something, doing something, putting it out there, then I'll just be creating scenarios of fiery demise in my mind," he told GQ Style. "I'm making everything. I'm working with clay, plaster, rebar, wood. Just trying to learn the materials. You know, I surprise myself. But it's a very, very lonely occupation."
