AceShowbiz - Ahead of its premiere, "American Horror Story: Apocalypse" continues to hype up fans by releasing a new teaser. Titled Hand to Mouth, the unsettling clip teases what to come in the upcoming season 8 which is set in what could be an apocalyptic wasteland.

It opens with a woman who has a scary-looking purple skin. She slowly and eerily lifts her head up while opening her mouth up, giving a glimpse of a baby hand inside. As if that is not terrifying enough, explosions emerge from her eyes.

"It's within reach," the official Twitter account of the FX anthology series writes.

In addition to the new teaser, fans get to see the first look at Emma Roberts' "Coven" character Madison Montgomery. Coming from the actress herself, the behind-the-scenes photo sees Madison standing beside human bones and the wreckage of what appears to be the home of Ben and Vivien Harmon on "Murder House".

"I bring you Madison Montgomery on #ahs8 Does the b***h survive the #apocalypse ?" she captions the Instagram post.

Series creator Ryan Murphy has also been sharing pictures of the cast. After revealing the first look at returning "Coven" witches as well as Connie Britton and Dylan McDermott's reunion on the horror series, Murphy posts a photo of Evan Peters, who reprises his role as Tate Langdon.

"Tate. Happy to be home," writes Murphy alongside a behind-the-scenes photo of smiling Peters.
