The 'Luther' star spun tunes on the decks as Craig sang his hit 'Seven Days' at the wedding of Superdry co-founder Julian Dunkerton.

AceShowbiz - Craig David and Idris Elba joined forces to perform for guests at Superdry co-founder Julian Dunkerton lavish wedding last weekend (August 11-12).

Idris, who in addition to being a Hollywood star has a second career as a sought after DJ, spun tunes on the decks, as Julian married fashion designer Jade Holland Cooper at a venue in English beauty spot The Cotswolds.

Footage posted by the blushing bride on Instagram showed Craig singing his hit "Seven Days" while the "Thor" actor acted as his hypeman and DJ.

Jade captioned the video, "think it was safe to say the party went OFF - yes @craigdavid smashed it," and wrote next to a photo of the garage crooner serenading her on stage, "Yes @craigdavid thank you for the most incredible performance. What a night !!!!"

Idris is a longstanding friend of Julian, who is worth more than $450 million (Β£350 million), having acted as an ambassador for Superdry and also designed clothing for the British fashion brand.

Last year he made a one hour Netflix documentary, "Cut From a Different Cloth", about Superdry, delving into how the firm established itself as one of the world's top fashion brands, beloved of celebrities from David Beckham to Kylie Jenner.

As well as attending his pal's wedding, the 45-year-old actor also teased fans over reports he is set to become the next James Bond when Daniel Craig calls it a day.

"My name's Elba, Idris Elba," he wrote on Twitter - a reference to 007's signature "Bond, James Bond" line, before later posting a photo of hip-hop group Public Enemy and another tweet referring to their 1988 song "Don't Believe the Hype".

Others in the frame to play the British superspy are believed to include James Norton, Aidan Turner, and Tom Hardy.
