The 'A Star Is Born' actress gets soaking wet, making her white lingerie see-through as she splashes around the water during the photo shoot in Malibu.

AceShowbiz - Lady GaGa turned a photo session into a fun-filled trip to the beach. The "Million Reasons" hitmaker threw herself into the shoot wholeheartedly, splashing around the water and getting soaked wet on Wednesday, July 25 in Malibu, California.

The "American Horror Story: Hotel" star went topless and only wore a nude thong underneath a white lingerie during the photo shoot. As her outfit got drenched and became see-through, her butt and tattoos were visible, leaving little to the imagination.

At one point, the 32-year-old singer/actress got dunked by the waves and was left fully submerged. A crew member who carried an umbrella came to the rescue and helped her up. The photographers didn't mind to get wet, too, as they made their way into the water to get the perfect shots.

GaGa continued to ooze her sex appeal in various kinds of sexy outfits, including a black lacy underwear paired with heeled boots and a tiny two-piece bikini. She also changed into a black see-through dress paired with a red beret and thigh high boots, while the crew members shielded her with umbrellas.

It's unclear what the photo shoot was for. Her movie "A Star Is Born" is set to be released in the U.S. on October 5. She plays a talented unknown singer named Ally in the remake to the 1937 film of the same name, starring opposite Bradley Cooper who portrays singer Jackson Maine. Cooper also directed the musical drama.

The photographer also got wet, too.

"It all comes down to this broken love story," Bradley once said about "A Star Is Born". "[We're asking]: What happens when you're 30 and the idea that 'Maybe I’m not going to make it' has crept into your artistic brain?' ... There's no better way to express that than through singing because there's nowhere to hide when you're singing."

GaGa composed most of the music, while other musicians who have contributed to the movie include Lukas Nelson & Promise of the Real and Mark Ronson.
