The model and Robert Karageuzian, the founder the Los Angeles art company Pizzaboyzzz, have reportedly reached a settlement.

AceShowbiz - Model and reality TV star Kendall Jenner has reportedly settled a lawsuit over her pizza-themed Instagram account and radio show.

Robert Karageuzian, the founder the Los Angeles art company Pizzaboyzzz, sued the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star, her DJ partner Daniel Chetrit, and bosses at Apple in May, claiming their new radio show, Pizza Boys, infringed on his unregistered trademark.

Karageuzian wanted Jenner's radio show shut down, but according to The Blast the parties have now reached a settlement. Details of the agreement have not been released.

"We represent Defendants Daniel Chetrit and Kendall Jenner in the above-captioned action and respectfully submit this letter with consent of Defendant Apple Inc. and Plaintiff Robert Karageuzian," a letter to the court reads. "We write to advise the Court that the parties have reached an agreement in principle to settle this matter".

Jenner's radio project launched in April ahead of the Coachella festival in California, but never continued past one episode. The 22 year old and Chetrit were hit with a cease-and-desist letter after the first show aired.
