AceShowbiz - Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin just can't get enough of each other. The pair seem to get more affectionate in public than ever after getting engaged as they have been caught sharing a passionate kiss on the street in Washington D.C.
The Canadian pop star and the model were enjoying the outdoors and had a steamy makeout session on the side of the road during their trip to the capital city. A group of fans in a car noticed the couple and pulled up to ask of a photo, interrupting the pair's lip-locking session.
The fan shared a video of their encounter with Justin and Hailey. "Hey! Can we take your picture?" the person who took the video asked. "Well, you already did," Justin replied, while pointing out to the girls in the car, adding, "She did, and she did. Both of these girls did."

He appeared to be in good mood as he was all smiles and let the fans take his picture with Hailey. He then posed for a photo, holding up double peace signs while Hailey smiled. "God bless," he said, before he continued walking with his fiancee.

Justin and Hailey were in Washington to celebrate their friend Pastor Chelsea Smith's birthday. "Justin and Hailey looked very much in love during their romantic stroll at the Suncadia Resort in Cle Elum, WA," an eyewitness tells HollywoodLife.com about the pair's trip to Washington.
"Justin has stayed there a number of times and he loves renting there. The happy couple was walking leisurely, holding hands, wrapping their arms around each other, staring into each other's eyes and kissing," the onlooker goes on sharing. "You can definitely tell they are in love. I was wishing them 'Congratulations,' and Hailey's face lit up. You can tell she is so happy to be engaged!"
