The pop star put the three-bedroom pad on the market for almost $8 million (GBP6.1 million) earlier this year, but the place didn't sell, and he dropped the price by a million.
Now, he's cut it again by $245,000 in the hope of landing a quick sale.
If the asking price sticks, the Cry Me a River singer will still be making a small profit - he bought the place for $6.57 million (GBP5 million) in 2010, according to TMZ sources.
