According to a source, the rapper and his crew ran into issues with Canadian custom agents when they touched down in Calgary on Monday, July 9.

AceShowbiz - Canadian fans of G-Eazy may not be able to see the rapper performing in their country for a while. The 29-year-old spitter was forced to cancel his headlining set at Cowboys Music Festival in Calgary after he was rejected entry to the country on Monday, July 9.

The Cowboys Dance Hall released a statement regarding the cancellation, saying, "Cowboys regrets to inform you that G-Eazy is unable to perform tonight due to reasons beyond our control. Refunds will be processed at online point of purchase (Showpass)."

According to TMZ, Eazy and his crew ran into issues with Canadian custom agents when they touched down in Calgary. It's unclear why he was turned away, but there's a speculation saying that it might have something to do with his recent cocaine arrest in Sweden.

These days sure have been hard for Eazy. Besides the recent cancellation, he just broke up with his girlfriend of one year, Halsey. The songstress announced their split through Instagram Stories, "I normally keep this kind of thing private but provided our public nature I feel I need to inform my fans. G-Eazy and I are taking some time apart. I'm eager to continue the upcoming passage of time dedicating myself to my art and career, and the duration of my tour. I wish him the best. Thanks for respecting our privacy at this time."

While Halsey did not reveal the reason for their breakup, a source told E! News that the former couple called it quits because they couldn't work past the distance and ensuing arguments that often come with demanding careers.

"They both tried to remain strong to ensure their work commitments together went smoothly, but ultimately called it quits after too much fighting," the insider said to the webloid. "The trust was lost between the pair when they were apart, and it got too difficult for both of them."
