AceShowbiz - Country star Josh Abbott is a married man.
The Josh Abbott Band leader tied the knot with Taylor Parnell, the mother of his one-year-old daughter Emery, in the bride's native Austin, Texas on Sunday, July 08, in front of 250 friends and family members.
The groomsmen included Josh's bandmates Austin Davis and Preston Wait, while little Emery also played a key role in the ceremony.
"She was one of the flower girls," her proud dad tells People.com. "She is a huge part of our life, so it was only fitting to have her about on the big day."
And Josh reveals they decided to wed in July because it's a month full of personal celebrations for the pair.
"I proposed last July," he explains. "We fell in love in Cabo (San Lucas in Mexico) two years ago in July. Both of our birthdays are in July. So we saw this as an amazing opportunity to have our anniversary in the same month and therefore every year moving forward, we will vacation most of the month to celebrate life and love!"
The happy couple is now set to jet off to Cabo to celebrate its honeymoon.
Josh was previously married to Amanda Abbott, who he divorced in 2014 following four years of marriage after admitting to infidelity.
