'Lucky' will be released in cinemas in the U.K. and Ireland in September to mark his passing.

AceShowbiz - British fans of beloved actor Harry Dean Stanton will be able to celebrate his life on the first anniversary of his death at special screenings of his final film Lucky.

The movie, in which the Twin Peaks star portrayed a 90-year-old atheist, will be released in cinemas in the U.K. and Ireland in September to mark his passing.

The veteran died at the age of 91 on September 15, 2017.

The film, which marked the directorial debut of actor John Carroll Lynch, was released in the U.S. just after Stanton's death, and received rave reviews.
