Witness Kenneth Jordan recently revealed he allegedly lied under oath because he was pressured by Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office detectives.

AceShowbiz - A second witness in jailed rapper C-Murder's original murder trial has reportedly recanted his testimony.

Master P's brother, real name Corey Miller, was handed a life sentence in 2003 after he was found guilty of the 2002 killing of 16-year-old Steve Thomas in a New Orleans, Louisiana nightclub. The conviction for second degree murder was overturned in 2006, only for C-Murder to be convicted again following a second trial in 2009.

Witness Kenneth Jordan recently revealed he allegedly lied under oath because he was pressured by Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office detectives, who reportedly told him he would face criminal charges if he didn't testify against Miller.

Miller's lawyer is now seeking a new trial following the revelation and he has now been given another boost after Darnell Jordan reportedly filed an affidavit claiming he was also pressured to identify the rapper as Thomas' killer by detectives.

"I was the bouncer at the Platinum Club. I called the police the night of the incident. If I had seen C-Murder shoot that guy I would have said it on the 911 call," the legal filing reads. "I remember that they asked me if Corey Miller did the murder. My very first statement to them was C-Murder didn't do this. They tricked me, I wasn't signing the photo to ID the shooter. I signed it because they told me to. They got me to ID C-Murder's picture and sign it."

Darnell is also asking for protection because he alleges investigators will "retaliate" against him for recanting his testimony, according to AllHipHop.com.

"I feel that I need protection from the cops and the District Attorney's office...," he adds. "I believe they will retaliate on me for talking... (sic)"
