Taking to his Twitter account, the actor calls out Jack Dorsey by saying, 'the dude simply does not seem to give a f**k.'

AceShowbiz - Actor Seth Rogen has taken aim at Twitter boss Jack Dorsey for apparently failing to tackle the continuing spread of hate speech online by white supremacists.

The "Pineapple Express" star reveals he's been in contact with Dorsey since late 2017, when he questioned why officials at the social media site have been granting far right commentators the coveted blue checkmark on their profiles, which verify the identity of public figures or outlets.

However, it seems their private discussions via the platform's direct messaging (DM) service have allegedly failed to sway the tech executive's position, even though Twitter chiefs previously vowed to crack down on the amount of abusive messages posted online, and moved to block some accounts run by more radical users.

"I've been DMing with @jack about his bizarre need to verify white supremacists on his platform for the last 8 months or so, and after all the exchanges, I've reached a conclusion: the dude simply does not seem to give a f**k," Rogen shared.

Dorsey has yet to respond to the actor's post.
