The Saturdays star reveals she really struggled to bounce back following the birth of her second child, Tadgh, and credits her 'amazing' husband Ben Foden for helping her recover.

AceShowbiz - The Saturdays star Una Healy has opened up about her post natal depression, admitting she would have been a complete mess had it not been for her husband, England rugby star Ben Foden.

The singer reveals she really struggled to bounce back following the birth of the couple's second child, Tadgh, who is now three, and she tells Britain's Sunday Mirror newspaper her husband was "amazing".

"I got through my post natal depression - thank God I did," she tells the publication. "Your family are there to be with you and support you through it all - and Ben was amazing."

"The depression is something that happens quite slowly. It is hard to describe because every individual is different. You're in this dense fog. Other people get out of it but I went thicker and thicker into the fog".

Una insists she's in "a very good place now", adding, "That is all that matters".

And the problems she experienced after young Tadgh's birth haven't put her off expanding her family in the future.
