AceShowbiz - DJ Mustard is facing a lawsuit for bailing on a scheduled performance at Australia's recent Jumanji Festival. Bosses at Noque Touring claim they paid the top producer, real name Dijon McFarlane, $50,000 to hit the stage at the March event, and arranged for his airfare, hotel, and transportation, but he failed to show up.
According to court papers obtained by TMZ, the DJ broke the news of his cancellation to fans on Twitter on the day he was due to perform, blaming festival organizers for his absence.
Sorry Australia I was excited to come to Australia and see everyone in Melbourne and Sydney because it's been a while since my last visit, but unfortunately the business behind this show wasn't handled properly in time for me to make it there. Looking forward to catching you soon

"the business behind this show wasn't handled properly in time for me to make it there," he reportedly wrote. However, Noque officials are fighting back, insisting they held up their end of the bargain, only to be let down by the DJ.
They are suing for the return of the funds, plus damages. Mustard, the man behind tracks like Tyga's "Rack City" and 2 Chainz's "I'm Different", has yet to respond to the lawsuit.
