The former chairman of Marvel Comics says in a video that his relationship with his daughter J.C. and friend Keya Morgan, who is also accused of trying to gain control over his assets, 'is wonderful.'

AceShowbiz - Stan Lee is reportedly suffering in his old days in the hands of those closest to him, his daughter J.C. Lee and his friend Keya Morgan. The younger Lee is accused of inflicting both physical and psychological abuse upon her father and her mother Joan Lee prior of Joan's death in July last year.
The Hollywood Reporter has obtained a notarized document from February 13, 2018 in which Lee accused three men, Jerardo "Jerry" Olivarez (Lee's primary caregiver at the time), Keya Morgan (Lee's current primary caregiver) and Kirk Schenck (J.C. Lee's attorney) of taking advantage of J.C. in an attempt to "gain control over my assets, property and money." The document was signed at the office of his then-attorney Tom Lallas.
A few days later, however, Lallas was out as Lee's attorney. A number of other people in Lee's life, including his housekeeper and gardener who had been with Lee for decades, were also removed. A new accountant was hired, his phone number has been changed and his emails are being monitored and composed by Morgan.
Disputing the claims, Morgan releases a video in which Lee denies the accusations against his daughter J.C. and Morgan. In the video, the 95-year-old former Marvel Comics chairman calls the document "totally incorrect, inaccurate, misleading and insulting."
He also says, "I want to say it as clearly as I can: my relationship with my lovely daughter J.C. is wonderful. My relationship with my good friend Keya Morgan is great, we're best friends. There is nothing bad I can say about my daughter or Keya. ... Anybody who is saying anything [else] is just spreading lies."
"Everything in my life is going the way I want it to," he adds. "My friends are my friends, my daughter is my daughter, and I'm beginning to learn who my enemies are. That's really all I can say now. Everything I've said up until this moment is God's truth."
In a statement to PEOPLE, Lee's former attorney Lallas says he read the document before Lee signed it. "I read the Declaration to Mr. Lee word for word, line by line, sentence by sentence, from beginning to end," he claims. "After each paragraph, I asked Mr. Lee if the paragraph I had just read was accurate, or if he wanted any changes to be made."
Lallas adds, "With respect to one paragraph, Mr. Lee directed me to make two changes, I made the changes as instructed by Mr. Lee, I read to him the revised paragraph, and he told me it was accurate and required no further changes. Mr. Lee then signed the Declaration, and the notary signed the notarial acknowledgment."
Nevertheless, the drama surrounding Lee has caused many people to worry about his well-being. One of those concerned fans is director Kevin Smith, who has offered Lee to come live with him or that fans would buy him a new place to live. Smith tweets, "This is heartbreaking. We love you, @TheRealStanLee. You are always welcome to come live with me - or please let us fans buy you a new place to live. We miss you, sir."
