Jim Carrey Appears to Shade Sarah Huckabee Sanders With This 'Monstrous' Painting
Celebrity

Without mentioning who the subject of his unsettling artwork is, the 'Yes Man' actor describes the woman in the painting as a 'so-called Christian whose only purpose in life is to lie for the wicked.'

AceShowbiz - Look away, Sarah Huckabee Sanders! Jim Carrey, who's currently trying out a second career as an artist, seems to have taken a not-so-subtle jab at the White House press secretary with an unsettling painting of what appears to be her.

The painting, which he posted on Twitter on Saturday night, March 17, featured a grisly looking woman with dark hair and pointed eyebrows. "This is the portrait of a so-called Christian whose only purpose in life is to lie for the wicked," so he captioned the pic. "Monstrous!"

While Carrey didn't mention who the subject of his painting was, many Twitter users pointed out that the woman was Sanders. They responded to the tweet with images and memes of the 35-year-old mother of three.

Carrey has been pretty outspoken about his disdain for Donald Trump's administration. Back in November, the 56-year-old comedian called Trump a "stooge" of Russian President Vladimir Putin, sharing an artwork depicting Trump kissing Putin's bare butt cheek. "They bailed him out, set him up and made him their stooge. With Trump in the WH, Putin may win the 3rd World War without firing a shot," so he captioned the pic.

His latest artwork came after Carrey urged people to delete their Facebook accounts after learning that the social media "profited from Russian interference in our selection." In a statement, the "Yes Man" actor said that social media "has created cyber-bridges over which those who do not have our best interest in mind can cross and we are allowing it. No wall is going to protect us from that."

"We must encourgae more oversight by the owners of these social media platforms," he continued. "This easy access has to be more responsibly handled. What we need now are activist investors to send a message that responsible oversight is needed. What the world needs now is capitalism with a conscience."
