The Pearson patriarch, who died from heart attack following house fire, is surprisingly seen among the attendees at Kate and Toby's wedding.

AceShowbiz - Get yourself some tissues for the upcoming season 2 finale of "This Is Us". As if watching Kate (Chrissy Metz) get married to Toby (Chris Sullivan) is not emotional enough, the preview hints that one fan-favorite character is making a big return for the episode.

The 30-second preview opens with Kate looking gorgeous while walking down the aisle at her wedding. Proud brothers Kevin (Justin Hartley) and Randall (Sterling K. Brown) are seen walking behind the beautiful bride.

A flashback scene later flickers on the scene, featuring Jack telling teen Kate, "The guy that gets to marry you, Katie girl, he is one lucky guy."

The next scene, however, will definitely make fans of the NBC family drama bawl their eyes out. Someone is seen caressing Rebecca's (Mandy Moore) hair, and when the camera pans at the old man, viewers learn that old Jack (Milo Ventimiglia) is the owner of the said hand.

"Where'd the time go, Bec?" he asks to his wife at the wedding.

It is such a shocking development as Jack died from a heart attack and suffered severe smoke inhalation during the house fire. It remains to be seen how Jack appears at the wedding, but fans notice that Rebecca is wearing a white dress, which is quite suspicious because one would not wear white at their daughter's wedding.

Fans are coming up with several theories. Some assume it's Rebecca's daydream, while some think it may be a memory from her wedding to Miguel (Jon Huertas). Either way, the finale will be one of the most tear-jerking episodes in the current season.

Also starring Susan Kelechi Watson and Alexandra Breckenridge, "This Is Us" airs season 2 finale on March 13 at 9 P.M. on NBC.
