Farrah claimed producer Morgan J. Freeman confronted her at her Texas home back in October as he allegedly 'harassed, humiliated, discriminated against, disrespected" and ridiculed her.

AceShowbiz - Farrah Abraham's dispute with MTV and Viacom apparently hasn't ended. In fact, the former "Teen Mom" star brought the matter to the court as she sued Viacom and the entire "Teen Mom" production for $5 million, claiming that executives at Viacom humiliated, sex-shamed and ultimately fired her over her decision to continue a career in pornography.

According to The Blast, Farrah stated in the lawsuit against Viacom, Eleventh Street Productions, Anxious Eleven and show producer Morgan J. Freeman that they "wrongfully terminated her employment because she did not conform to gender stereotypes."

Farrah claimed that she was confronted by Morgan at her Texas home back on October 30, 2017. Morgan allegedly "harassed, humiliated, discriminated against, disrespected, ridiculed, degraded and sex shamed" the reality TV star for her "recent decision to pursue opportunities in the adult entertainment industry."

The 26-year-old mom, who previously released a sex tape with porn star James Dean in 2013, also added that Morgan made threats about "ending her career with MTV, sabotaging future deals Ms. Abraham had in place with MTV, and defaming her." The lawsuit continued, "Given Freeman's hostile tone, mannerisms and body language, Ms. Abraham feared for her life."

Farrah added that because she opted not to "conform to their gender stereotypes of how women should act and appear," she was fired from the remainder "Teen Mom" season. Dubbing the harassment "abusive" and "interfered" with her work performance and well being, Farrah also added that MTV ended their "lucrative deal" with her which they had been discussing for months due to the same reason.

In the lawsuit, Farrah revealed that she previously filed an internal complaint against Morgan, but MTV "retaliated" by firing her from the show. She claimed she suffered "emotional pain, emotional suffering, inconvenience, mental anguish and loss of enjoyment of life" from the incident in addition to financial damage.

"I am here to make a change for the LGBT and female community at large, and I'm proud I stay true to my identity as a business entrepreneur, reality star, and single mother," Farrah said in a statement following the lawsuit. "I am a business women and female Celebrity leader who will not be shamed or discriminated against by Viacom, MTV, my peers as it's illegal for me to do the same to them."

"As my MTV executives, crew, cast have all bought my branded products over the years I know my truth of being Farrah Abraham the loving mother and protector of my family and I fight for what is right and creating a better, safer world…." she continued. "I encourage all adults to have a healthy sex life to not be sex shamed and feel sexually liberated."

She also took to her Instagram account to say that she stood up "for what is right so we all can be treated better and have a better world, if you want to continue this bad cycle then stay away from me & my family." Farrah went on writing, "Start treating people better being racist, sexist, hate crimes, discriminatory, sexual harassment it's awful and stop impacting generations with the hateful culture it's wrong & will always be wrong #illegal."
