The 'Boardwalk Empire' actress reveals that the former TWC exec raped her at her apartment in October 2010 and later in December of the same year.

AceShowbiz - Another actress has come forward with sexual abuse allegation against Harvey Weinstein. Paz de la Huerta, who played Lucy Danziger on HBO's series "Boardwalk Empire", tells Vanity Fair that the disgraced movie mogul raped her twice several years ago.

de la Huerta says in October 2010, they met at a hotel and he offered her a ride home after a party because they lived in the same neighborhood. When they arrived at her apartment, Weinstein insisted they have drinks.

"Things got very uncomfortable very fast," the actress, who was 26 years old at the time, recalls. "Immediately when we got inside the house, he started to kiss me and I kind of brushed [him] away. Then he pushed me onto the bed and his pants were down and he lifted up my skirt. I felt afraid. ... It wasn't consensual ... It happened very quickly. ... He stuck himself inside me. ... When he was done he said he'd be calling me. I kind of just laid on the bed in shock."

More than a month later, de la Huerta confronted Weinstein at the Four Seasons in Los Angeles because he kept calling her.

Later on December 23 of the same year, he showed up in the lobby of her apartment, de la Huerta says. "He hushed me and said, 'Let's talk about this in your apartment,' " she recalls. "I was in no state. I was so terrified of him. ... I did say no, and when he was on top of me I said, 'I don't want to do this.' He kept humping me and it was disgusting. He's like a pig. ... He raped me."

de la Huerta remembers, "I laid there feeling sick. He looked at me and said, 'I'll put you in a play.' He left and I never heard from him again. He knew he had done a bad thing."

Following de la Huerta's claim, the office of Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus R. Vance Jr. says they have assigned a senior sex crimes prosecutor to investigate this case. "A senior sex crimes prosecutor is assigned to this investigation, and the Office has been working with our partners in the NYPD since the new allegations came to light," they say in a statement. "As this is an active investigation, we will not be commenting further."

The NYPD's Sgt. Brendan Ryan also says in a statement, "We are aware of the sexual assault complaints. We are actively investigating them. The NYPD continues to work with the Manhattan District Attorney's office on the case. The investigation is ongoing."

de la Huerta follows more than 60 other women who have opened up about alleged sexual harassment by the producer since The New York Times exposed "decades" of his misconduct.
