The Canadian rapper sent fans into frenzy when he appeared onstage during 2 Chainz's gig to perform his hit tracks 'No Lie' and 'Both'.

AceShowbiz - 2 Chainz is still on the road for his tour in support of "Pretty Girls Like Trap Music". While the rapper was entertaining fans on a wheelchair due to leg injury, he still managed to deliver show-stopping performances. During the Toronto stop of the trek over the weekend, the crowd at the Rebel were going wild when 2 Chainz invited hometown hero Drake to join him onstage.
A female dancer pushed 2 Chainz to the side of the stage as Drizzy took the center spot to spit his 2012 hit "No Lie" and his Gucci Mane-assisted track "Both". By the end of his performance, the self-proclaimed 6 God brought out his own special guest. His labelmate Baka Not Nice then took the stage to perform his bubbling song "Live Up to My Name".
In the middle of his performance, Drake paid tribute to 2 Chainz as saying, "Make some noise from my brother 2 Chainz right now. First of all, you're the only n***a I know who can do tour in a wheelchair... you were backstage turning up the whole time, I forgot you were sitting down. That s**t is crazy!"
2 Chainz later took to Instagram to share some photos taken from the gig and thank Drake for his performance. "In some kind of weird way I thank God for putting me off my feet for some time, it's a test, and it has definitely humbled me, built character, and helped shape my mindset!!!" he wrote in the caption. "That being said the 6 went up and thnx to my bru @champagnepapi for making that film with me."
It wasn't the first time Drake supported fellow artist by crashing their shows. A few weeks ago, he teamed up with Jorja Smith for surprise performance during her intimate gig in Toronto. Drake told the concertgoers that Jorja is "probably one of the most incredible voices, incredible talents and incredible people" he has ever met.
The "Hotline Bling" hitmaker has been spending a lot of time in his hometown of Toronto to work on the follow-up to his chart-topping playlist project "More Life". Last month, he made a sudden announcement during his annual OVO Fest. "I'm back to making this new album. In Toronto. Just for you," he told the crowd. The new effort, which is reportedly the sequel of "Take Care", is expected to arrive later this year.
