AceShowbiz - Bodybuilder Dallas McCarver has died at the age of 26. The bodybuilding superstar known as "Big Country" was found unconscious just after midnight on August 21 by a friend at his home in Boca Roton, Florida, shortly after he spoke on the phone with his girlfriend, WWE star Dana Brooke, TMZ reports.
The Boca Raton Police Department tells PEOPLE that officers responded to a 911 call at Dallas' residence on Broken Sound Parkway just after midnight on August 21. He was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead. No foul play is suspected at this time and police are now awaiting the medical examiner's report.
Dana tells TMZ that she believes Dallas died choking on food, because he said he was about to make dinner before his death. It also doesn't appear Dallas tried to take his own life. The last thing he told her was, "I love you. Goodbye."
On Tuesday, Dana wrote an emotional eulogy to her late boyfriend. "Aug. 22 the lord received another angel, who happens 2 be my LIFE - MY Dallas the one WHO ONLY UNDERSTOOD ME! I can speak on the behalf of his family- the love and support you all are showing for him & us is OVERWHELMING!!" she posted on Instagram, along with photos of her with Dallas.
"He would tell everyone the same - just keep swimming, keep moving through life and he will be your angel above!! He had a way with making people laugh!!" she continued. "Dallas was an exceptional body builder, but I didn't see him for that .. I saw him for HIM AND HIS HEART!!"
"He is the best individual I have ever met - my ying to my yang .. finished my sentences and knew what I was thinking before I'd say it!! You were my life, you are my life, I still smell u and feel ur presence," she added of Dallas, who had been within the bodybuilding community since he was 21.
