The 'Heart Attack' hitmaker and the 22-year-old dark pop singer have buried the hatchet as they looked closer than ever in a photo which Demi shared on Instagram.

AceShowbiz - It looks like Demi Lovato and Halsey have decided to put all the drama behind them, as the former Disney star just shared on Instagram a cute photo of her and the "Now or Never" hitmaker. The snap sees Demi sexily pouting for the camera, while Halsey, who rocks mint buzz cut, appears to be laughing. "Ran into this beauty today," Demi writes alongside the snap.
Prior to this, Demi and Halsey were throwing shade at each other on social media. It began when Halsey appeared to take a jab at Demi and Katy Perry during an interview. When asked if she agreed "queer representation you get in pop are sung by straight women, and they're more about experimental hookups," the pop star made a reference to Demi and Katy's songs, saying, "Oh, yeah. Bisexuality as a taboo. 'Don't tell your mom' or 'We shouldn't do this' or 'This feels so wrong but it's so right.' "
On Demi's song "Cool for the Summer", the songstress sings, "Don't tell your mother." Meanwhile, the lyrics of Katy's "I Kissed a Girl" include "It felt so wrong/ It felt so right." Halsey then added, "That narrative is so f**king damaging to bisexuality and its place in society. That's something I've had to fight my whole life and something I still fight."
In what appeared to be a response to Halsey's jab, Demi took to Twitter to sarcastically address her remarks, writing, "You know a song is a hit when people are still talking about the lyrics two years later. #shhhdonttellyourmother."
