AceShowbiz - Sulli seems to be ready to show a more mature side of her. "The Pirates" actress, who often drives her fans crazy with her sexy photos, will reportedly grace the cover of the first issue of Playboy Korea. The magazine is set to launch in September.
It is said that the "Fashion King" star will do a semi-nude photoshoot for the magazine and show a new image of her. Fans praise her bravery as it is taboo for a young actress, especially a former girlgroup member, to pose semi-nude for a magazine.
"She's smart if you think about it... she does what she wants no matter what anyone says and gets the money she wants for it. Us keyboard warriors are the sad ones!" a fan comments on an article on Nate. Another writes, "Just start a whole new female idol concept trend by going all nude. Lead the way for all nude idols."
Other fans are sad to see that she's no longer an innocent little girl. "Guess she's going to stick to this [image]. How did this happen to such a cute kid?" one of them wonders. "She's so young, why is she going down this route already," another adds.
SM Entertainment denies the rumors after checking with Sulli and the magazine. Although the "To the Beautiful You" star isn't going to pose for Playboy, she previously went nude for her movie, "Real", which also stars Kim Soo Hyun. Shortly before the movie was released, a screenshot featuring Sulli baring her boobs leaked online. Production company CJ Entertainment stated that they would remove the photo from the internet as soon as possible.
