AceShowbiz - Demi Lovato is throwing epic house party in a music video for her latest summer banger "Sorry Not Sorry". The clip begins with Demi hanging out with her friends poolside while singing her 2015 hit song "Cool for the Summer". The festivity then moves indoors where the singer dances in a foam-filled tub while sporting plunging skintight bodysuit.
Directed by Hannah Lux Davis, the video features real footage of party that Demi threw last month. Besides her friends, some stars were in attendance at the bash, including Jamie Foxx, Paris Hilton and Wiz Khalifa. "My favorite part about the filming the music video for 'Sorry Not Sorry' would have to be having all my closest friends there," Demi recently shared. "It was the funniest video that I've ever shot."
"Sorry Not Sorry" is Demi's first solo release in 2017. Although her newest song has to compete against fellow former Disney stars Selena Gomez and Miley Cyrus' comeback singles, Demi is confident that her song will do well in music charts. Since its release on July 11, "Sorry Not Sorry" has hit the top 5 on iTunes U.S. chart and scored over 18 million streams in one week.
"Demi usually hates being compared to Miley and Selena but this is one time she's loving it, because she's on the top," a source tells HollywoodLife.com. "A lot of people have pointed it out to her and she's making a big effort not to gloat, but damn straight it feels good to be beating them. She's so proud of her song and is overall just very happy right now. She feels like she's living her best life."
