The 47-year-old rapper's latest effort bows atop the list, while 21 Savage and rock band HAIM debut in the top 10.

AceShowbiz - Jay-Z's latest album "4:44" reigns Billboard 200 chart as it bows at No. 1 with 262,000 equivalent album units in the week ending July 13, according to Nielsen Music. The studio effort, which marks the music mogul's 14th No. 1 album, scores the fourth-largest week this year, following Kendrick Lamar's "DAMN", Drake's "More Life" and Ed Sheeran's "Divide (division sign)".

"4:44", which was released on June 30 exclusively through Tidal, would have topped the chart last week. But Tidal did not report date for the album to Nielsen Music for the week ending July 6, so the album did not debut on the July 22-dated chart.

Trailing behind "4:44" at No. 2 is 21 Savage's debut solo studio effort "Issa Album" which debuts with 77,000 units, including 22,000 in traditional album sales. The sum is greatly fueled by the album's streaming activities. "Issa Album" is the rapper's first top 10 and second entry on the chart after his collaboration with Metro Boomin, "Savage Mode", blasted to No. 23 back in February.

Kendrick Lamar's "DAMN" stays steady at No. 3 with 54,000 units, while DJ Khaled's star-studded album "Grateful" dips from No. 1 to No. 4 in its third week with 50,000 units. At No. 5, Ed Sheeran's "Divide (division sign)" is a non-mover with 36,000 units.

Rock band Imagine Dragons's latest effort "Evolve" falls to No. 6 with 35,000 units. Meanwhile, HAIM scores their second top 10 album with "Something to Tell You" as it debuts at No. 7 with 32,000 units. The trio's debut album, "Days Are Gone", landed at No. 6 in 2013, racking up 26,000 units in its first week.

Other titles making up this week's top 10 are Calvin Harris' "Funk Wav Bounces Vol. 1", which descends to No. 8 in its second week with 30,000 units, the soundtrack of animated movie "Moana", which climbs to No. 9 with a little more than 29,000 units, and Drake's "More Life", which dips to No. 10 with 29,000 units.
