Teen Choice Awards 2017: Selena Gomez Goes Against Zendaya in Second Wave of Nominations

The 'Bad Liar' songstress is nominated in five categories, including Choice Style Icon and Choice Changemaker, while the 'Spider-Man: Homecoming' actress is nominated in three categories.

AceShowbiz - The second wave of nominations of this year's Teen Choice Awards has been announced. Selena Gomez and Zendaya Coleman dominate the nominations with five and three nods respectively. Other popular stars who are on the list are Justin Bieber, Harry Styles, Taylor Swift and Ariana Grande.

Selena, who recently released her new single "Bad Liar", is nominated for Choice Female Hottie alongside Camila Cabello, Deepika Padukone, Paris Jackson, Rihanna and Zendaya Coleman. The "It Ain't Me" singer is also nominated for Choice Instagrammer, Choice Snapchatter, Choice Style Icon and Choice Changemaker. Zendaya, meanwhile, is nominated for Choice Twit, Choice Style Icon and Choice Female Hottie. She is up against Selena in two categories.

Meanwhile, Justin and Harry score two nominations each, and the two are up against each other in the Choice Male Hottie category. Other One Direction's members Liam Payne and Louis Tomlinson are also nominated in the same category.

Other nominees include Chrissy Teigen, Shawn Mendes, Kendall Jenner, Kylie Jenner, Derek Hough and Gigi Hadid. You can vote for your favorite artists on TeenChoice.com and on Twitter from July 12 to July 19. The annual award show will be held on August 13.
