The 33-year-old singer took to Instagram to inform that his car was destroyed and all items inside the vehicle were stolen during his trip to Switzerland.

AceShowbiz - Leeteuk of Super Junior experienced a terrifying incident in Switzerland on Sunday, June 25. The window of his car was smashed and all items in the back seat were stolen. Luckily, he wasn't in the car when the incident happened.

The "Sorry Sorry" hitmaker later posted on Instagram some photos of the destroyed car. In the now-deleted post, he said that his passport as well as his staff's phones and passports were stolen. He also expressed his worry about not being able to return to Korea due to losing his passport.

Hours after the robbery, Leeteuk informed that he had contacted the embassy. "The embassy said to convey this to everyone. You may feel relaxed because you think everything will be safe in Switzerland, but always be careful. I want to go back to Korea quickly," he wrote alongside a photo of a beautiful view.

Fans hoped that the "Mamacita" singer would be able to return to Korea soon. "Ahh. Thank you for sharing this... hope our angel and all the staff could get back to Korea as soon as possible~ take care," a fan wrote in the comment section. "Take care. I believe the situation will be better. Wait a little bit," another commented.

On Monday, June 26, SM Entertainment stated that Leeteuk had received a temporary passport. "He left Korea on the 22nd, so he was almost done with filming. It's a blessing that he did not get hurt and just had his items stolen. He received his temporary passport and he's now waiting for his plane."
