A source close to DeMario says he will not be back on 'Bachelor in Paradise' this season though production is set to resume, as he's focusing on 'meditating and just getting well.'

AceShowbiz - Things will definitely not be the same when "Bachelor in Paradise" resumes production on its season 4. Besides the new "policies and procedures" that Warner Bros. will apply on the show, at least one of the players will not be returning to the set in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

A source close to DeMario Jackson has told ET that the reality star will not be back on "Bachelor in Paradise" this season. While the reason is not disclosed, his lawyer Walter Mosley recently said that his client was "seeing his doctor's, meditating and just getting well."

"First and foremost, outside of making sure my client is healthy is clearing his name, vindicating him," Walter explained. "He doesn't need this to be over him, so that's really my focus is clearing his name, [his] reputation." Additionally, the source confirms that DeMario is seeing a therapist.

As for who will be returning to the show, Amanda Stanton said she's in again. "I'm excited to go back," she told E! News at SodaStream's celebration of National Hydration Day on Thursday, June 22. "I actually leave tonight to go back to Mexico."

Amanda said she's talked to Corinne Olympios since the production was halted. "I've talked to Corinne. Corinne is one of my friends. I think it's probably difficult with all of this being so public, but I think she's doing OK," she shared. "I think this thing is just unfortunate for everyone involved whether it's Corinne or DeMario or the producers. I think everybody probably wishes nothing ever happened."

Meanwhile, Robby Hayes, who is among cast members of season 4, said that he had received a phone call and he might return if he could fit it into his schedule. "I have to see," Hayes coyly said. "I don't know the timeline. I had scheduled some things now that I'm back in the States. Some stuff with LeisureLetics among other things. But if the call comes, we'll find out."

Asked about the possibility of DeMario and Corinne's returns, he said, "I'm not gonna rule it out if they bring [Corinne Olympios and Jackson back to BIP] for some final comments, but I don't think they should [return.]"

The cast and crew were not the only ones who were relieved that the show has been cleared of misconduct allegation. Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis, who are big fans of "The Bachelor" franchise, are also happy that the show is not canceled.

"I'm so happy 'Paradise' is back!" Ashton said on "Good Morning America" on Wednesday, June 21. "I'm telling ya, I was worried!" On how much they love the show, he opened up, "This is like our greatest guilty pleasure of all time. We sit down, Monday night it's like religion in our house. In fact, I haven't watched this week because I was here and [Mila] is there, so we're saving it. Because this is our thing. I mean, it's unbelievable this show. It's like the greatest social experiment of all time."
