AceShowbiz - Karrueche Tran has been granted a permanent restraining order for five years against Chris Brown. Karrueche attended the hearing on Thursday, June 15, but Chris was nowhere to be seen. The judge reportedly forbade him to call in.
According to E! News, Karrueche told the judge that the "Grass Ain't Greener" hitmaker asked her to return the rings he bought her and became aggressive when she refused. Two voicemails Chris left for Karrueche were played during the hearing, in which he bombarded her with curse words, threats and offensive remarks.
Karrueche explained that in the text message Chris sent her, he said that he would "beat the s**t" out of her and vowed to make her hate him "even more." He further threatened her by saying that he "won't hold back so stay in your place." In another message, Chris wrote, "I want my motherf**king rings back or I'm going to hurt your limbs."
When asked about the rings that the "Privacy" singer gave her, Karrueche stated that she still has them although she told Chris she already sold them. "I was tired of dealing with him, so I just said I sold them already so he'd leave me alone," she said.
Karrueche refused to say anything regarding her hearing. In a video obtained by TMZ, she refused to answer any question asked by paparazzi and only continued walking toward her vehicle.
Karrueche was granted a temporary restraining order against Chris after claiming that he physically abused her and threatened to shoot her. She later demanded a permanent restraining order after the father of Royalty evaded the service three times. The case was previously on hold because Karrueche didn't attend the first hearing in person.
