AceShowbiz - Adele touched everyone with her kind gesture. The "Rolling in the Deep" hitmaker showed up at Grenfell Tower near Notting Hill, London on Wednesday evening, June 14. Earlier that day, fire destroyed the 24-store building and killed at least 12 people as well as injured many others.
In some photos taken by eyewitnesses, Adele looked emotional as she tried to hug some people in the crowd. She was dressed in a black long-sleeve dress to respect the victims. Her hair was tied into a loose ponytail. At one point, she could be seen trying to wipe her tears. It was believed that she came with her husband, Simon Konecki.

Fans took to Twitter to praise her kindness. "Love how she doesn't tweet about it & takes action instead. Just bc artists don't tweet doesn't mean they don't care. Humble queen @Adele," a fan wrote. "Adele literally went in person to the scene of a tragedy to ask if anyone needed help. She really has a beautiful soul," another added.
Lily Allen, Tamara Ecclestone and Jamie Oliver offered to help people affected by the fire. "If anyone need a bed or a lift, or tea tweet me and I'll follow back. #NorthKensington," Lily tweeted.
