The 'Iron Man' star allegedly wants a breast lift since her breasts became saggy after giving birth, but she's terrified of having a surgery because it 'involves an anesthetist.'

AceShowbiz - It seems like Gwyneth Paltrow is not happy with how her breasts look. The 44-year-old actress is said to be wanting to fix her saggy breasts by having a breast lift surgery, but she's way too afraid to go under the knife.
"After her babies, Gwyneth went up a cup size and over time the extra weight's made them saggy," a source tells OK!. "She's being a complete perfectionist, but she likes her nipple to sit halfway down her shoulder and elbow - and without any tape or hidden bras, they're way below that halfway mark."
The source explains that the "Contagion" actress has to do a daily "boob-tape routine" because she really doesn't want to have a surgery. "She's looked into getting a [breast] lift and it terrified her," the source says. "For now, she's having to spend 30 minutes every morning taping them up, but she'd rather do that than have an operation, especially if it requires an anesthetist."
Although Gwyneth may not be happy with her appearance, she still looked beautiful when attending Apple Music's Planet of the Apps Launch Party on Monday, June 12. The Goop founder took to Instagram to share a photo of her with Jessica Alba and will.i.am. "@planetoftheapps party with my loves @jessicaalba and @iamwill. Thank you @applemusic," she wrote in the caption.
