Mandy Harvey, who lost her hearing when she was 18 due to connective tissue disorder, captures Simon's heart with her original ballad called 'Try'.

AceShowbiz - On Tuesday, June 6, NBC aired the second week of "America's Got Talent" Audition, which featured outstanding and talented performers. Among the mesmerizing performers was Mandy Harvey, a singer who lost her hearing when she was 18 due to connective tissue disorder.

Before she performed her original song called "Try", the 29-year-old singer shared that despite losing her hearing ability, she refused to give up on music. "Music now isn't about the sad, it's about the feeling," she said, before explaining that she would trust her pitch and feel the vibration of the beat when singing.

She put such a gorgeous and tear-jerking performance, with some people in the audiences not being able to hold their tears. The audiences, followed by four judges Simon Cowell, Melanie Brown a.k.a. Mel B, Heidi Klum and Howie Mandel, didn't even wait until she finished her performance to give her a standing applause.

Fully awed by her performance, Simon said, "Mandy, I don't think you gotta need a translator to this." He later stood up and hit the Golden Buzzer without any hesitation for the Golden Buzzer-worthy performance. "Mandy, you know what? We found each other," Simon said, to which Mandy responded with a big smile, "Yes." With Simon using his one and only opportunity to push the Golden Buzzer, it meant that Mandy was sent directly to the live quarterfinals.

Mandy expressed her feeling about earning the Golden Buzzer on her Twitter account. Along with a photo of herself during the audition, she wrote, "I can't believe this! @AGT Thank you so much! #agt #goldenbuzzer." She added in another tweet, "Im crying so much right now! @AGT Thank you everyone for pushing me to go farther than I thought I could."
