Jason Derulo to Perform With Luke Bryan at the 2017 CMT Music Awards

The 27-year-old singer will join forces with the country singer to deliver another powerhouse performance following their collaboration at 'CMT Crossroads' last year.

AceShowbiz - The 2017 CMT Music Awards has announced more names in addition to the impressive performer lineup who will take the stage at the event. After their performance at "CMT Crossroads" last year, Jason Derulo and Luke Bryan will reunite at the upcoming awards show. Peter Frampton and Brothers Osborne will also take the stage for their first live performance together.

They will join other performers, including Florida Georgia Line, who will team up with The Chainsmokers, probably to perform their duet "Last Day Alive". Keith Urban and Carrie Underwood will also perform together at the upcoming event, which will also feature the collaboration of Lady Antebellum and Earth, Wind & Fire.

Additionally, guitarist Derek Trucks, a former member of Allman Brothers Band and bandleader of Tedeschi Trucks Band, will join Jason Aldean, Darius Rucker and Charles Kelly of Lady Antebellum to deliver a tribute performance for late singer Gregg Allman at the award-giving event.

As for the nominees, Keith Urban, Thomas Rhett and Kelsea Ballerini lead the pack with four nominations each. Meanwhile, Carrie Underwood receives three nods this year. While the vote was closed on June 5, fans will be able to vote live for the winner of Video of the Year Award when the top seven finalists are revealed on Wednesday morning, June 7.

The 2017 CMT Music Awards will air live from Nashville’s Music City Center on Wednesday, June 7 at 8 P.M. EST.
